Becoming a Supervisor or a manager is both interesting and challenging.  Interesting to those who are passionate about People development and has a basic management fundamental.  Managing a person to be the best they can be is challenging. Coming from the usual 8-5 pm task oriented employee, becoming a manager is definitely a 360 degree turn.  Your main job is to make sure that your staff (who sometimes are your best friends)are doing their job as expected.  Being a supervisor/manager needs some basic skills and a science to become effective.


SHAPE UP is designed to help newly promoted and existing supervisors become transformational and significant members of the organization by knowing the skills needed at the same time learn the scientific approach of being a supervisor .

GEAR UP is designed to help newly promoted managers become transformational and significant members of the organization by knowing the skills needed o manage teams and manage their performance to contribute to the organization’s profitability.

OBJECTIVE

Knowledge : To help participants identify the difference of their new role as supervisors and how important it is to the whole organization.  To identify and practice different supervisorial functions.

Skills :  To adapt the fundamental supervisorial skills that will bridge the gap towards performance and productivity

Attitude :  To create dynamism and excitement towards their new role in building the organization’s foundation.
